Minerva Lunyx

Minerva Lunyx, a night patrol officer of the patrol units. She is a nimble night owl that roams the city rooftops at night to insure that routes are up to code, and safe for others. As a backup plan she’s entrusted with wire action cuffs to swiftly apprehend anyone that’s decides to cause trouble in the midst of Accelera. While sleepy, and sluggish at day, she is a calculated unsung ally at night.
